RugXperts: Delivery and Returns Policy Summary
Quick reference guide to understand our delivery, return, and arbitration policies.
Delivery & Shipping
| Delivery Timeline | Deliveries are made within 3 weeks from the date the purchase order amount is realized. The initial date provided is an estimate. |

| Shipping Cost | RugXperts offers free worldwide shipping. |
| Customs / Taxes | Any Customs or Octroi charges are payable directly to the courier company by the customer. |
| Customer Responsibility | The customer must make adequate arrangements for the smooth carriage of purchased items from the main gate to the doorstep. |
| Delivery Attempts & Failure | RugXperts will make 3 attempts for delivery. If delivery fails and the order is returned, RugXperts may cancel the order and retain up to 25% of the order value. |
| Cancellation at Delivery | Cancellation will not be accepted at the time of delivery due to reasons like a doorway being too small or the road being inaccessible to the delivery van. |
| Title of Goods | Title passes to the customer once RugXperts delivers the goods to the carrier. The carrier acts as the customer's agent. |
Cancellation & Returns
| Order Cancellation | The customer may cancel the purchase order within 2 working days from the date of purchase. |

| Standard Return Window | For returns after dispatch, the customer must contact support@rugcart.com within 7 days of delivery. |
| Return Cost (Standard) | RugXperts will levy an appropriate collection charge (based on items and location), which will be conveyed before collection. |
| Return for Wrong / Poor Quality Item | If the return is due to wrong or poor-quality items, RugXperts will fully refund collection charges and arrange replacements at its own cost. |
| Refund Discretion | Any refund of the purchase amount is at the sole discretion of RugXperts. |
| Refund Procedure | Refunds are made to the original payment card after deducting the applicable collection charge, only once the item has been received back in good shape by RugXperts. |
| Refusal of Refund / Replacement | RugXperts reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement if the returned items are not in good condition. |
Arbitration and Disputes
In the event of any legal disputes, the Courts at Ghaziabad alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
