RugXperts: Delivery and Returns Policy Summary

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery TimelineDeliveries are made within 3 weeks from the date the purchase order amount is realized. The initial date provided is an estimate.
Shipping CostRugXperts offers free worldwide shipping.
Customs / TaxesAny Customs or Octroi charges are payable directly to the courier company by the customer.
Customer ResponsibilityThe customer must make adequate arrangements for the smooth carriage of purchased items from the main gate to the doorstep.
Delivery Attempts & FailureRugXperts will make 3 attempts for delivery. If delivery fails and the order is returned, RugXperts may cancel the order and retain up to 25% of the order value.
Cancellation at DeliveryCancellation will not be accepted at the time of delivery due to reasons like a doorway being too small or the road being inaccessible to the delivery van.
Title of GoodsTitle passes to the customer once RugXperts delivers the goods to the carrier. The carrier acts as the customer's agent.

Cancellation & Returns

Order CancellationThe customer may cancel the purchase order within 2 working days from the date of purchase.
Standard Return WindowFor returns after dispatch, the customer must contact support@rugcart.com within 7 days of delivery.
Return Cost (Standard)RugXperts will levy an appropriate collection charge (based on items and location), which will be conveyed before collection.
Return for Wrong / Poor Quality ItemIf the return is due to wrong or poor-quality items, RugXperts will fully refund collection charges and arrange replacements at its own cost.
Refund DiscretionAny refund of the purchase amount is at the sole discretion of RugXperts.
Refund ProcedureRefunds are made to the original payment card after deducting the applicable collection charge, only once the item has been received back in good shape by RugXperts.
Refusal of Refund / ReplacementRugXperts reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement if the returned items are not in good condition.
